Jim is the President and Founder of Saratoga Human Resources Solutions with more than 30 years of well-rounded human resources leadership expertise. Prior to founding the company in 2005, Jim held several HR leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Director of HR Services and Director of Compensation & Benefits.
Jim has implemented a variety of innovative and cutting-edge programs and services throughout his career, and has designed and delivered expert training and communications that not only make these programs successful, but exceed the client’s expectations for results. He has worked with Fortune 50 companies, and both domestic and international firms in a variety of industries such as Healthcare, Long Term Care, Manufacturing, Retail and Non-Profit.
Jim received his BA in Economics from SUNY Potsdam and his MBA from the SUNY Albany School of Business. He is currently a Board Member of the Eastern NY Region of the American Red Cross. Jim and his wife Ava have three children and reside in Wilton, NY.

Kathy is a Senior Human Resources Professional with more than 25 years of experience in human resources, including Employee Relations, Policies and Procedures, Employee Handbooks and Performance Management. Throughout her career, Kathy has worked with both small and large businesses and held senior level human resource positions in a variety of industries, such as Manufacturing, Financial Services, Residential & Commercial Real Estate and Mortgage Banking.
Kathy also holds a Paralegal Certification in Employee Benefits and a Brokers’ License in both New York and Vermont for Life, Accident and Health Insurance, which provides her with an in-depth understanding of all types of employee benefits programs. She has also worked with the Predictive Index (PI) system for recruiting, leadership development, team building and organizational culture change, and is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) administrator.
Kathy has sat on an advisory HR board at Catholic Charities of Albany and served as a Junior Achievement Middle Grades Program Volunteer in “Economics for Success”. She is a graduate of Siena College and lives in the Capital District with her husband and two daughters.

Kathleen is a Senior Human Resources Professional with more than 25 years of HR leadership experience in a wide variety of industries that include both small startups as well as large established organizations. She has served as an HR Sr. Leader for organizations in the healthcare, logistics, and hospitality industry and has provided HR consulting services to companies ranging from fitness centers, to paving companies, medical group practices, law firms, and vision care centers.
Her experience includes Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Labor Relations and Negotiations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Performance Management, Regulatory Compliance, Cost Containment Strategies, Policy and Procedures Development, Employee Handbooks, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Data Analytics and Metrics, Staff and Leadership Development and Employee Well-Being to include programs to support the physical, emotional and financial well-being of employees.
Throughout her career, Kathy has been successful with, and has a passion for, assisting organizations to achieve high employee engagement. She has been successful in developing cost-effective HR programs to meet the needs of a diverse workforce while ensuring the programs fully align with business objectives.
Kathy is a current member of the Capital Region Human Resources Association and helped shape the HR Leadership Development Program for emerging HR leaders; Current Member of the Steering Committee for HR Executive Briefings (partnership with BS&K and CRHRA): This group provides a forum for the development and networking of HR Executives in the Capital District from a wide variety of industries and organizations. She is an HR Committee Volunteer for Capital Roots; Current Member of the Saratoga Chamber HR Advisory Council; and member of Saratoga Sisters, a networking and professional forum for businesswomen. She has also formerly served as a member and treasurer of the Northeastern New York Healthcare Human Resources Association; HANYS Statewide HR Advisory Council; and as a Board Member of New York Employee Benefit Conference (NYEBC).
Kathy holds a BS Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources from the State University of New York at Oswego and holds both the SHRM-SCP and HRCI SPHR Senior-Level Human Resources Professional Certifications. She is also a graduate of the Rensselaer County Leadership Institute. Kathy currently resides in Saratoga Springs.
