The new CEO determined that the Human Resources Generalist was not at the skill level required to assist with a major restructuring of the organization designed to improve financial performance, outreach and program enrollment.

We then assisted the CEO in recruiting key skill sets and functional leadership, refining HR practices, handling employee relations and performance issues, training, and ongoing, day-to-day HR management.
